I'm so pumped, this morning I officially rode my bike the length of a full marathon. And riding that made me realize I'm NEVER GOING TO WANT TO RUN THAT FAR! That's insane!! Major kudos to all who've done it! 13.1 miles will definitely be enough for me! Anyways, here's my app pics:
(Again, that max speed is pretty much not even close, according to my bike's computer I only hit 21 mph, BUT my average speed was 15.5 - NOT BAD AT ALL!!!! And I REALLY hope the calories burned is accurate - 1,027!)
Anyways, another cool thing from my ride this morning - my bike officially hit 100 miles so far! (I took the pic at 101 miles, close enough)
(Cute foot, huh)
By the way, don't forget (if you haven't already) to check out the fitness challenge I'm going to host starting on Tuesday by clicking ------>HERE<------
So anyways, I weighed myself this morning after showering. I swear I'm working my nonexistent nuts off and I'm still not making it under 200. It's been a long time since I've seen a '1' in the front of my weight. This is killing me! Ok, I know I'm not paying major attention to what I eat. I mean, I am trying to eat less and healthy foods and everything, but I'm not counting calories or anything like that (yeah, I know, I still have the Weight Watchers subscription and am STILL not using it... shame on me!). But you'd think I'd still be losing more weight than I am with how much I've been working out. Even though this week is all messed up because of the weekend, I've been pretty active. I didn't do my usual long ride Monday morning, but I still rode 14 miles that night. I ran Tuesday. I rested yesterday, but still took a kind-of-leisurely walk with my dad and stepmom last night (I say kind of leisurely because there IS no leisure with my father, he's always in a hurry). Then this morning I rode the 26 miles. Now YOU tell ME how I weighed in at 202?!?! No, seriously, tell me!
Whatever.
Maybe I just need the extra competition the fitness challenge will bring me next week. I'm pretty competitive, so it'll be really helpful.
On a good note, I signed up for a 5k in October. I'm really excited. I've actually never ran in an official race before, but I can't say this will be my first because I want to do one at the end of September, too. We'll see.
Well, I leave you with this cutie pic of my handsome man. I tossed his blanket on top of his head and he got a real kick out of it. He's already a dork just like his daddy. ;)

WHOA!!! I BOW TO YOU GIRL! THAT IS AMAZING!!! Congratulation on your incredible ride today and fulfilling A WHOLE MARATHON. I honestly don't think I could EVER do that. AWESOME JOB!!!
That's an awesome ride!!!!
Are you drinking enough water? Water flushes out the bad stuff. I'm telling you. Drink your H2O!!! You'd be surprised what it can do for you, plus you get the added benefit of movement every time you take your tush back & forth to the bathroom. LOL.

That's awesome, way to go!! Once I get my knee up for it, I'm hoping to start biking again. I'm riding a stationary for now, which still kicks my butt because it's pretty awesome, but I miss the scenery!!
What a cutie!
They say you can't "outrun" a bad diet. I don't know what you are eating but maybe it's time to use the subscription. You are killing it with the activity!
