Below is the original posting for this challenge I set out to accomplish. Although I never did actually get there, I would like to someday. I'm going to leave this page on my blog as a reminder of that goal.
Well, after several weeks of procrastination, I did finally start my journey to my ultimate running goal - being able to run a 6 minute mile. That's carrying on a 10mph pace for a full 6 minutes!! I'm going to take my time getting to this one, checking my progress only every couple of weeks. Here goes nothing!

My time: 9 minutes 55 seconds.
I do have a couple more recent one mile times. They are improving, but aren't anywhere near where I was over a year ago.
