LHA weigh in #2

here it is...

yep, that's a gain of ONE POUND! i'm not surprised, though, with all the drinking i did and snacking over the weekend... plus eating out every night last week... i wasn't as worried about my eating - just focusing on binging... i'm stepping it up a little... like i said in my other post today, one day at a time... i'm ok with the gain, i won't beat myself up, and i'll just try a little harder this week...

my activity minutes are up tho - 380 minutes... not where i'd like, but again, i'm working on it a little at a time!

going riding tonight! to all the other LHAs - keep at it, you can do it! :)

Sorry about the gain girl...but like you said, you're not surprised. The weekends are TOUGH. I know I"ll be out and about this weekend with drinking and eating out...and I'm scared! Just gotta focus during the week, get my exercise in so I can splurge.

Anyway, I like how you're focusing on not binging. One step at at time for sure!!!!

Good attitude! Definitely keep up the positive attitude and everything else will follow.

Mental note to self....take your own advice.

380 is super! :) Nearly an hour each day, and you have plans to increase, that is very impressive!

A little at a time is the most sustainable. Hope you're kicking tail at your biking!

You've got a great attitude about it, and that's what's going to take you a long way.

1 pound in the grand scheme of things is nothing. That can fluctuate depending on what time of day you weight, etc.

You have a plan, and you know what to do.

Now go get er done!

I know eventually I am going to reach a point when I have a gain too. It happens to us all. I just hope that I can have such a great outlook like you do.

You know exactly what you did and how not to do it again. That is all that we can ask for.

Your exercise minutes were great, more than mine this week so I am impressed. :)

Have a kick azz next week!

Awesome way of thinking! And the picture was too cute! You will knock that gain out in no time. I had a 7 pound gain recently... UGH, but I worked hard and I am almost back down to where I was. I always look forward to what you have to say. Keep it up.

Your brave for wearing jeans when you weigh. I decided to weigh my jeans one day and it added 1.5 lbs!!
I have absolutely no doubt that the next weigh in will be a great one :)
