yep, that's a 2.5 loss! and that's only over like four days... ok, let me explain, i weighed in after eating dinner, and this weigh in is before eating dinner... soooooo, i think that has something to do with it... BUT, i'll take it...
anyways, my activity minutes are way low! only 105... it will definitely be better this week, though... i have a lot of catching up to do... and i will... because i have some miles to get under my belt anyways in prep for the ms ride... not to mention my goal to go to the y after school everyday to keep me away from the inevitable binge that seems to occur around 3 o'clock...
anyways, so there it is... good luck to everyone for the upcoming week!

K - if you read the other post from earlier today, it kind of explains why i don't weigh-in in the morning... literally no time! that'd require waking up, like, a minute earlier... ehhhhhhhhhh :)
It's 1 am here so I didn't read any of the other posts, but I will now! I understand.. Sleep is so important! I'd rather starve than get up earlier than I have to just to eat breakfast. Lol

Nice job on the 2.5 loss! Proud of you! It is nice to hear others have the same 3 o'clock monster! I did good toady, taking everyones encouragement and using that to say no to the snacks!!

Thanks for stopping by yesterday to check in with the LHAS Challenge. You're totally right about losing the weight everywhere and not just one place (aka - why are my jeans still tight?), but if only I could tell that nasty fat where I wanted it to come off first...all would be well. ;) Great job on the 2.5 pound loss!! That's an awesome and healthy start to your goal.
P.S. No worries about the low activity minutes...if it makes you feel any better I only did it for 30 minutes last week. Yea. I should probably get my rear in gear!
