I've come to love running,...Yeah, that sucks... I've come to love running, but my left knee hurts everytime I run more than two days in a row... and when I tried a different running technique which was supposed to bring relief for the knees, I injured my Achilles tendon. <br /><br />Running outside is way harder than on the treadmill, but it brings the added benefit of sunshine and fresh air - and maybe you can go walking on the days that you don't run?
