Last time I tried I couldn't do it for more than a minute at a time. That was last summer and STILL I didn't take it as a message that my body was in a dreadful state. I just used it as a reason not to do it. You asked me on my blog where I shop online but I don't think my answers will be very helpful. I am in the UK but all our main supermarkets do online shopping. Many times I've done intervals of faster/slower running or running/walking - it makes the time go by faster. They say intervals are really good for fat-burning and increasing your endurance/speed.<br /><br />I say, do what works to get it done :)<br /><br />(Hey...I think I'll make that my motto for this week!)<br /><br />Do you have periods of time in the store that you can write/read? Sometimes I've been places where I can't actually use my computer or go online, but can use pen and paper.
